Our law and consultancy office is based in İzmir and was established by cofounders Att. Can ŞENER, Att. Cengiz VAROL, Att. Ömer ARI and Att. Ceyda ŞAKRAK ARI. Collaborating with other law offices in Turkey, particularly with those in based in İstanbul and Ankara, our law office provides consultancy, litigation and execution proceeding services to Turkey’s outstanding companies and multinational corporations in Insurance Law, Labor and Social Security Law, Real Estate Law, Building Law, Zoning Law, Bankruptcy and Enforcement Law, Criminal Law, Inheritance Law, Obligations Law and Commercial Law with its specialist staff and on the basis of solution and mutual trust.
Having all contemporary technical equipment, our office consists of a team of 15 members; nine attorneys, two law apprentices, two enforcement proceeding staff members, secretary and one office service personel. Our team uses Kazancı, Sinerji, Corpus law programs, YTS execution proceeding system, Sinerjiand Kazancıexecution proceeding programs and Uyapsystem.
Graduated from Dokuz Eylül University in 1988. Started working as a lawyer registered to İzmir Bar as of 1989. He started his one-year law internship at our Law Firm in 2019; He completed his internship as of October 2020 and started working as a lawyer registered to İzmir Bar Association. He speaks advanced level English and intermediate level Italian. As of 2023 he is doing his master's degree in Public Law at Izmir Katip Celebi University. He graduated from Izmir University of Economics, Faculty of Law (30% in English) in 2022. During his undergraduate education, he worked in many clubs, especially as the Chairman of the Leading Lawyers Platform. In addition, he worked as a student mentor for 4 terms within the scope of Izmir University of Economics student mentoring and took part in other social responsibility projects within this scope. She attended certificate programs in many different fields in the field of law and received training. He participated in leadership, informatics, technology, economics and mentoring projects outside of law and was entitled to receive a certificate by successfully completing long-term trainings. She also graduated from Izmir University of Economics with high honors and was awarded a certificate of outstanding achievement. She has participated in various certificate programs in the field of law and received training, as well as having the opportunity to gain internship experience during her student years. How can I grant a Power of Attorney?
Private individuals must submit their ID cards or passports when granting a Power of Attorney in a notary office.
Power of Attorneys to be given for the purposes of divorce, recognition and enforcement cases require two headshot photos.
Signatory circular and certificate of authority must be submitted for the Power of Attorneys to be granted on behalf of companies. In such Power of Attorney documents, if the phrase “acting as attorney on behalf of company, acting as principal for himself/herself” is used; it means that you grant a single Power of Attorney for your company and yourself.
Taxpayer real and legal entities must state their tax numbers.
Turkish citizens living abroad or foreigners may grant Power of Attorney at any Turkish Consulate.
